RSVP for the 2021 AGM

We’re excited to be able to host our 2021 Annual General Meeting as an in-person event this year! Come and check out what the club has been up to, as well as future plans and how you can be a part of it all. We’re a volunteer-run organization, and we welcome anyone who’s interested in the local cycling community to contribute as a volunteer with our many club projects including trails maintenance to events and community outreach.

The AGM will take place at the Selkirk meeting room at The Regent Hotel on Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2021 at 7pm. Please make sure you RSVP in advance as we are still under a PHO that restricts a max. of 50 people for indoor organized events (RSVP form at top of page).

We’ll have a short presentation about the club's accomplishments and challenges from the past year, and what we're working on going forward. There will be a chance for a Q&A with the Board of Directors afterwards.

Most current directors whose terms are up will be seeking re-election. We welcome nominees for any position, but we are actively looking for volunteers to fill the roles of:

• Director for trail construction: This position involves setting priorities and managing construction for new trails. This is a one year term.

• Director-at-Large (two positions open): Directors-at-large participate in various projects as needed, with some flexibility to choose the focus of their work according to their specific interests/abilities. One-year and two-year terms.
