Trail Report: Friday, July 11

First off, we had some technical issues this week so we don't have any high-quality photos to share.

The good news? We got a whole lot of rain this week and now it's sunny, so the trails are in fantastic shape throughout our networks. We usually dread the dust bowl at this time of year, so we're really enjoying the extended prime conditions.

The other good news is alpine trails around Revelstoke are pretty much snow-free and Frisby Ridge opens this Tuesday, July 15. If you're hankering for some alpine riding this weekend, we recommend heading to Keystone-Standard Basin for XC, Martha Creek for DH, or Revelstoke Mountain Resort for endless flow right from the top of 5620.

Our trail crew spent the week on Frisby Ridge, cutting downed trees, brushing the trail corridor, and tackling drainage. They're getting a heli-bump to the end of Frisby Vistas courtesy Glacier Helicopters to complete work on that trail. Thank you Glacier for the support! We appreciate everyone's patience waiting for opening day to head up there. It's coming up quick and will be worth the wait!

As usual, if you have any trail issues to report, please send us a report through our Trail Conditions page. Happy riding this weekend!
